Delivery

Orders placed before 4 pm are delivered the same day, every day, to all 6 governorates of Kuwait. Delivery costs 1 KD and is free on orders over 20 KD.

Returns

You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it, unused and in its original condition and packaging. Message us on WhatsApp or email Hello@brightmindshop.com with your order number and our driver collects it free of charge. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the item. Damaged or wrong item? Tell us within 48 hours with a photo and we replace or refund it. Used experiment kits (such as the Crystal Garden) and a used Suture Practice Kit can't be returned.
